1. Eligibility for Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Conditions for Returns:
   • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
   • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return and Replacement Fees:
   • For a replacement, a fee of 25dh will apply.
   • For a return and refund, a fee of 50dh will apply.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
   • Contact our customer service team at our Phone Number or Any Social Media Platform within 3 days of receiving your order.
   • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
5. Shipping Instructions:
   • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
   • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Processing Time:
   • After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.
